- Certified WSQ workplace safety and health
- Completed Coding Bootcamp course (certified)
- At least diploma qualification
- Certified Supervisory Training in ART Self-Swab (By HMI Institute of Health Sciences)
- Certified WSQ Follow Food & Beverage Safety & Hygiene Policies and Procedures
- Staff undergo Continuing Professional Development (CPD) training every quarter
